Start here. Highest-priority operator work appears first.
First gate: decide whether source footage is usable. This is not cut approval.
Every accepted recording and who cuts it. Assign public cutters from the table; run a campaign for a batch.

Second gate: approve clip boundaries or return them for revision. Reviews happen in the cutter.
Cuts a reviewer can decide now, by how long ago they were sent.
Each person's latest cut per video. Click a name to see their cuts.
Every decision made, newest revision or not.
Videos a cutter or reviewer flagged. An open flag blocks export until it is resolved here.
Recordings whose cuts are the example to follow. Workers open them from "Samples" in the web cutter or "Sample cuts" on the phone, and watch the video with its cut bar. Add one from a recording's details; a recording uploaded without full face blur is refused.
Fourth gate: approve or correct one caption per accepted segment. Reviews happen in the caption reviewer.
Point liability, disputes, and immutable ledger history.
Workers ask for another review of a rejected recording from the app, or dispute a payment. Open the recording to override the decision (that closes the appeal and tells the worker), or deny it: the worker reads your reason.
Inspect pipeline state and publish immutable training releases.

Creation freezes QC-approved segment/caption references. A different admin must publish; creator cannot approve their own export.
Compatibility reports phones sent when capture setup failed. Newest first; every row can be downloaded as JSON.
